Join our comprehensive summer athletic camp, where athletes will receive specialized strength training , speed training and skill development in basketball, soccer, football and baseball.Our program is designed to help athletes learn effective training techniques and strategies to excel in their respective sports, ensuring they are well prepared to compete at their best!

Welcome to OCSF offseason football program. Our staff is dedicated to developing each athlete in our program. Our coaches will teach the skills that are necessary for individual and team success. We focus on building fundamentals, technical skills, advanced skills, physical development, football game strategy, and leadership, to prepare athletes for the next level.

Soccer Skills Training

Boys & Girls ages 9-18

A soccer-specific program is meticulously tailored to enhance athletes' skills in the beautiful game, ensuring they are well-prepared to make an impact on the field. The program focuses on training the fundamentals and techniques of soccer, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Athletes are taught to sprint at full speed and swiftly change directions while maintaining precise ball control through a diverse range of drills. By engaging in structured exercises and targeted practice sessions, players develop their abilities to an advanced level, equipping them to excel in the dynamic and fast-paced world of soccer.
